Most of us know that a healthy diet and regular exercise is critical to feeling good, staying healthy, and aging well, but changing old habits can be a daunting and difficult task. Parker works one-on-one with clients to help them find motivation, set goals, and take action. Each session will be tailored to the individual client. Lifestyle changes are challenging, so we focus on taking steps that are reasonable and achievable considering the context of your current life situation. Clients that have already begun making healthy changes may only need one or two sessions to help them over a hurdle or design a plan for maintaining their new healthy changes, whereas individuals that are just beginning the process may need longer-term support. No matter where you are on your health journey, Parker can help you design a realistic plan based on your personal goals, preferences, and life challenges.
