How do I purchase sessions?

We have four (4) methods of payment:

  • personal check

  • credit card processed in the studio

  • cash

  • online store

If you’re a current client, you can visit the Online Store to purchase your sessions online. This will require you to create an account with MindBody — the software we use to handle scheduling and payments.


I’m an experienced Pilates practitioner. Do I have to book an introductory session?

The short answer is YES! We take great care in tailoring all of our sessions to your unique needs, challenges, and goals. The intro session helps us get to know you better so that we can provide the best service possible.


I need to CANCEL an appointment!

Please note, our Cancellation Policy goes into great detail about cancellations. Late notice cancellations will still deduct one session from your pre-purchased package except in rare instances. We encourage you to TEXT us at 917-412-7556, or call if you cannot text.
