Now Hiring: Reformer Pilates Instructors

We are currently seeking certified Reformer Pilates instructors to join our team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is fully certified in Pilates (Reformer certification required; comprehensive certification preferred)

• Has strong knowledge of anatomy and safe movement principles

• Can confidently teach group Reformer classes with clear cueing and intentional sequencing

• Brings positive energy while maintaining professionalism

• Values connection, client relationships, and community

• Is dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Lead safe, engaging, and well-structured Reformer classes

• Provide hands-on corrections when appropriate

• Build relationships with clients and foster retention

• Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes

• Communicate clearly with studio leadership and team members

We are looking for instructors who can challenge clients while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
