I love Pilates because it truly is for everybody. It meets people where they are and helps them build strength, awareness, and confidence in their own bodies. Pilates supports long-term joint health, improves posture and alignment, builds functional strength, and teaches body awareness that carries into everyday life. It helps people move with less pain, more efficiency, and greater confidence.

My teaching is rooted in classical Pilates, with thoughtful modifications and elements of contemporary and fusion styles woven in to best support each client’s needs and goals. Flow, precision, alignment, breath, and intelligent sequencing guide how I structure each session. I aim for sessions that feel purposeful, balanced, and restorative while still being appropriately challenging.

I enjoy working with individuals who are hypermobile, neurodivergent, trauma survivors, postpartum clients, and those from lower-income backgrounds who may not have had consistent access to body-based wellness practices.

These groups often benefit deeply from learning safe, supportive ways to reconnect with their bodies. Pilates offers structure, agency, and awareness in a way that can be profoundly empowering and healing. My own experiences have given me a deep respect for how neurological and physical factors shape the way we move and experience our bodies.
